How to request deletion of your personal data from HeyDuo.

HeyDuo LLC respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1Email us

Send an email to info@heyduo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your name and the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.

2Contact form

Use the contact form on our homepage and indicate that you are requesting data deletion. We will process your request and confirm via email.

3Delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the HeyDuo app settings. This will immediately revoke all Plaid connections and queue your data for deletion within 30 days.

What happens when you request deletion?

  1. We revoke all Plaid bank account connections immediately
  2. We stop processing any new data associated with your account
  3. We delete all your personal and financial data from our systems within 30 days
  4. If your data was shared with third-party service providers (Plaid, Postmark, OpenAI), we request its deletion from those providers as well
  5. We send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete
